  1. Susan P says:

I hate when someone does that to me. Have you ever thought of starting your own business?

    • ladycheetah7 says:

Yes and it was around scarves but the timing was wrong. Also did a test with a resume service but people are too quick to reject professional advice that could help them improve their career and there is way too much royalty out there who think uou are supposed to run after them to help them lol. I do have some other ideas but I think I need to reevaluate what kind of service I want to provide. It maybe something beyond my scope of thinking.

      • Susan P says:

        What are your strengths/skills?

      • ladycheetah7 says:

Ummmmm. I have an under-appreciated talent for being right. Translation: analytical, clear, thorough, and accurate. Good public speaking, been told many times I am very professional. Write well. Actually been told by VPs my writing is too professional. Been in management for a minute. Felt like glorified baby sitting. People have come to me for counseling, tips, advice, etc. Have taught. Can teach. Natural knack for information. I know how to make things clear and simple. Just to name a few.

      • Susan P says:

I suffer from that first talent myself. My husband keeps trying to catch me out wrong, but as I have told him, I don’t make proclamations unless I am 99.9% certain I am right. There has to be something somewhere where your appreciable gifts can turn the world upside down.

      • ladycheetah7 says:

I knew we introverts get along well!
I think I am going to need to exercise patience on this one. I seee and read about how so many launch into their “destiny” but wait ling enough then the truth comes out. Ill prepared, ill timed or flat out shouldn’t have moved in the first place.
I think continuing what I am doing on and off the job will buy me the time I need until I am ready to launch. Oh patience is such a virtue.

      • Susan P says:

        Patience is a virtue
        Catch it if you can
        Found seldom in a woman
        And never in a man….

      • The professor was just about to say how impatient he is…but, since you said that! I’m very patient, loves.

  2. That’s when the derringer must come out… I second Susan’s question…

  3. The Dancing Rider says:

    Love “the emergency”…..

  4. Bethy says:

The Princess uses this line on me almost everyday. Don’t worry–I am training her out of it before she gets too much older!
